 1.      How to go there ?    –    It is a famous and beautiful city in India. It is connected with all major cities                                               in Maharashtra. It is 225 km. from Pune and 200 km. from Mumbai. There                                               are buses, taxies, trains available from Pune and Mumbai.

        2.      Where to stay ?    -          Staying in Shegaon is not problem. There are many rest houses,hotels and                                                      many Dharmshala for the poor people. SHEGAON –  FAMOUS RELIGIOUS PLACE

                      Shegaon is a famous place of pilgrimage situated in Maharashtra. People from all

 over India come here for Darshan of Sant Gajanan Maharaj.

 1.     How to go there?     –      Nearest Railway station Shegaon and Akola. Trains running between

 Howrah to Mumbai stop here. State Transport Buses are available from   major cities. Private buses are also asvailable.

 2.  Where to stay?         –      Staying in Shegaon is not problem. There are many rest houses,hotels

                         Mahabaleshwar–  FAMOUS HILL STATION

          Mahabaleshwar is the paradise of Maharashtra. It is situated in the Sahyadri ranges of

 Satara District. It attracts a large number of Tourist from all over the country.

1.     How to go there     –         It is a famous hill station in india. It is connected with all the major

 cities in Maharashtra. It is 250 km. from Mumbai and 120 km. from

 Pune. There are many buses, private buses and taxies from Mumbai,

 Pune, Nashik, Sangli, Satara, Kolhapur etc.

 2.     Where to stay         –      Stay in Mahabaleshwar is not a problem. There are many rest

house and hotels, There are many Dahrmshala for the poor people.

3.     Time to visit            –        In Summer vacation. It is a very nice period to visit Mahabaleshwar.

 4.     What to see            –         Mahabaleshwar is situated in the middle of hill range of Sahydri.

                                            It offers views of valleys. There are many points of attractive to

                                            tourists.

i)                   Wilson Point : It is a famous spot to enjoy the sunrise.

ii)                 Echo Point : It is an interesting point. If you make a call from

 here, it will be resounded after some time.

iii)               Tiger spring : It said that the tiger comes here to drink

 water. The water is very tasty. Elephant point, Hunter point etc.

                                                 There is famous for Pratapgad just 20 km. away from Mahabaleshwar.

                                                 One can see the tomb of Afzalkhan at the too of Pratapgad. Thre are

                                                 famous water falls like ling Mala and Dhobi waterfall.

5.     Anything special about the place –  At Mahabaleshwar we can buy many things like

      honey, Channa, cherry, pop-corn, strawberry. Enjoys boating in Veena

      lake, Enjoy horse riding and hunting in Mahabaleshwer.There are

    many prople come from all over all over the country visit Mahabaleshwer.
